You are invited to join us for the 2024 DiStefano Insurance Services Inc. Annual Golf Invitational at Westfield Country Club on Monday, September 9th. We will have a shotgun start at 11am on the South Course. Dinner & Awards Ceremony will follow. Please RSVP by August 23rd. Complete the registration form below to reserve your spot.

Coming from the North:

  • Take I-71 South to exit #209 (Akron/Lodi)
  • Follow signs for Lodi (West-Rt 224) to the first traffic light at Lake Road. (County Road 19. There are (2) truck stops at this intersection.)
  • Turn left at the light going 1/4 mile to the stop sign at Lake and Greenwich Roads.
  • Turn right onto Greenwich Road. (Country Road 97)
  • Follow Greenwich Road (about 2 miles) into Westfield Center.

Coming from the South:

  • Take I-71 North to exit #209 (Akron/Lodi)

  • Turn left at the light going 1/4 mile to the stop sign at Lake and Greenwich Roads.
  • Turn right onto Greenwich Road. (Country Road 97)
  • Follow Greenwich Road (about 2 miles) into Westfield Center.
